How to Track?
After your package shipped out, HeartCasa system will automatically send you the tracking number via Email/SMS.
If you want to check the detail of tracking information, you can go to Tracking Order link to get the detail info.
The Deliver Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within Business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Package Need to Pick up?
Sometimes the package was delivered to your local post office, the post office may will ask the customer to pick it up by themselves. We will notice to the customers when that happened.
Please note that, if customers left the wrong Email address or the wrong phone number. We may will not contact to you twice.
When the customers not pick the package in time, the package will be returned to our local warehouse first, then we will start to resend.
Package Need to Resend?
- Wrong address or inefficient address
If customers order with the wrong address or inefficient address(ie: without apt number or else), and the package was returned, we may need 1-3 weeks to start to resent, so we suggest when the customer ordered, please double check the address.
- Want to cancel the order
If the customers want to cancel the order at this situation, that can be done. But we will need you to cover up the shipping fee. The shipping fee is flexible at different countries. For example, the United States shipping fee is $8 Dollar.
